We love Vinton! 100 percent recommend!
We love Vinton so far. It has been a life saver on our sales team and has kept all of the team accountable.
Pros
The summary of each meeting is REALLY well done and requires minimal edits resulting in time saved. Integrating the tasks directly into SF is super helpful for the entire team. The service and response rate of all the staff at Vinton is excellent.
Cons
Capturing of the meeting calls with opportunities isn't quite there yet. Would like to be able to select which opportunity record to associate the call with.

Fantastic Note taking and much much more...
Our experience has been excellent, both with the product as well as fantastic customer service. We have also been very impressed with each new feature that gets added to the platform.
Pros
I would say the ease of use, nice/innovative feature set, and the quality of the solution.
Cons
Just the timing of having it start when everyone arrives to the meeting versus when the meeting starts.

Alfred Notetaker
Product is super helpful so far and the frequent check-ins on the product show the passion and belief of their team which is always a great sign.
Pros
Simplicity when joining meetings and accuracy for review. Easy to access previous meetings and like that it sits cleanly within Salesforce.
Cons
It's functionality meets what we are looking for. Interested in seeing how it expands!

Massive save on time
Overall it has allowed me to very quickly process notes and impressions to send to clients at a much better quality
Pros
I like that it automates certain tasks for me to follow up on, the ability to take notes during an interview on Teams has helped a lot even though it is still learning and the ability to transcribe my thoughts has been massively helpful.
Cons
Not a lot I don't like, more the time and effort you have to put in to refine it but this is worth doing

Note taking game changer
Pros
I love note taking. It enables all to stay focused to brainstorm and collabate without needing to scribble. This increases productively and ensures no tasks are missed

I would like a face on the meeting.... i understand this is 'coming soon'

Alfred - Recruiting
Alfred has become an integral part of our recruitment process.
Pros
It is very easy to use and syncs perfectly. Once installed my users dont even need to think about it - Alfred just jumps into the meetings and transcribes the interviews seamlessly. We find it cuts down a lot of time and processing.
Cons
It does not always get the phrases right but it is learning all of the time

Easy to use. Note taking on Google Meet is the best. An excellent example of using AI for good. Easy to install, just works - Love it!
Cons
I can't think of anything I don't like.
