Very innovative and user friendly tool
I have used SpeakUp in the capacity as a business partner of People Intouch and knowing SpeakUp as well as multiple other tools I can say SpeakUp is the best tool I have worked with. I can add that the people behind SpeakUp actively promote the positive and inclusive culture that SpeakUp can bring to its clients.
Pros
What I really like about SpeakUp is the ease of use, the eye for detail when it comes to protecting people who speak up and others involved, as well as the fact that it is very customizable and the ease of implementation.
Cons
None that I can think of. The tool is fully compliant to legal requirements

Effective and efficient Speak Up team. Very good.
Pros
Very responsive client support. Confidential environment for Speak Up and add-on feature of Case Management System.
Cons
Would like to have more automation for populating some fields in case management system but we understand that there is an upgraded version of the system.

- Integrates Speak Up phone/webservice with Case Management System.- Straightforward/ user-friendly, reliable- Configurable to our company needs- Best in class customer support. People in touch comes highly recommend as future-proof whistleblowing tooling.
Cons
Not many to be thought of.. In any; the lack of dashboarding in CMS environment.

Iveco Group experience with SpeakUP
Positive impression. The system is already very good, but I am sure it will be even better in the future with some new developments the Company is planning.
Pros
It has the best value for money on the market. It is easy to ste-up and use. Very flexible. Staff is very supportive to the clients and quick to respond.
Cons
It does not have all the functionalities of other playes, as customization of e-mail notifications or possibility to insert sevaral open questions in the reporter intake form, but it is still a very good product

Some experiences after switching from another system
Pros
Accessibility and low threshold for reporters to report issues.Switching from our previous system was very smooths and easy.Machine translation works better than anticipated.
Cons
It would have been nice to be able to post company policies and other documents available for the reporters on the landing page.

them not being base din Germany and therefore not being able to offer German support to colleagues.

The tool is very easy to et up and use. It is also easy to make simple configurations on how the system should run. It works very well for us.
Cons
Nothing really, PiT is releasing new functionality continuously.
