I can greatly recommend!
We are one of the banks in the UK that uses Workday Talent Management. I can say it really works well with banks with either the HR is centralised or integration with other departments such as customer service.
Pros
-Integrated with human resources and customer service department, designed the needs together, open to team work, can be modified by different levels.-First adaptation and installation was very smooth, never seen a failure, took sensitive data from our old program and moved it during weekend without any issues.-Have also been using it to track the team, enables me to see the collaboration of the team, giving me a general view of my department, keeping me on track and letting me know about changes and alerting me on possible events in terms of the performance of my team.
Cons
-Customer support takes serious time to respond basic queries, however sometimes surprises us and responds in a timely manner.-Small changes can be done internally, to go for big changes, you need to raise a ticket and every ticket costs a price. -Report can be exported to Excel, however the style is not very easy to customise, that makes us to change the style of each report that was exported.

Excellent all encompassing ATS
We use workday for all our hiring, onboarding, reporting and performance measurement needs and we absolutely love it
Pros
We use Workday talent management for all our recruiting, onboarding, reporting and performance measurement needs. We are a large organization with over 14,000 employees and Workday can do it all. Very interactive and intuitive system that helps manage all our hiring and managing of workforce needs! Highly recommend!

The great Workday
I have used Workday for my positions many times, and I have always had a positive experience.
Pros
Workday is great for work management. It contains a way to clock in and out. Also manage time off, sick days and any other time request. It is user friendly, but also contains a way to learn how to properly use it. Plus any positions offered with in the company can be assessed and contain all the details about the positions.
Cons
Sometimes it will not load, and you have to wait for it to work again.

Why is everyone so in love with Workday? It's the worst ATS!
Pros
Sadly, I don't have anything nice to say about Workday. They have a cute logo and do a REALLY great job in selling this awful product to the masses.
Cons
Features are clunky. You can't "undo" anything without an act of congress. Steps to move a candidate through the process can be unclear and confusing. The communications feature is deplorable. It is by far the worst ATS I have ever used. It is overpriced and takes 27 steps to get anything done. You need a full time HRIS specialist to answer all of the problematic questions for users across the organization. No one likes it! Save your money and get a real ATS that can actually deliver instead of wasting your time and money on Workday.

Effective and Easy solution
Pros
It has a lot of features and all of them are categorized so beautifully. Full Employee Information can be stored including organizational information, performance, goals, and key metrics.
Cons
I simply enjoy using Workday. Setup is easier and support is also great. No problems faced so far.

Valuable Product
Used in a large company for mostly dashboard and tracking, generated reports for hiring managers, and high management.
Pros
Dashboards and tracking for activity are the best for Workday as they are essential. If you are into workforce planning, this should be your choice, works really fine with large companies as well.
Cons
It might sometimes get really slow, gets stuck and needs to refresh. It feels like each time you click somewhere, it starts using communication with server from the scratch that makes it sometimes laggy.

Workday has a user friendly interface and design that helps users navigate the ATS easily. It is a great tool to track goals and keep priorities top of mind as it integrates well with Asana and Data Studio. The integrations on Workday are seamless with LinkedIn jobs, Calendly and other data driven tools.
Cons
Sometimes managing HR solutions may become complex and would require training for some users. There are limited customizations is terms of interface and reporting features. Moving candidates to different stages of the recruitment process becomes difficult as flexibility with its interface isn't the best. The ATS is time consuming as you may not find the right information in the right place and may have to play around with the site.

Nothing about the workday can be described as dislikeable. It can be great to have additional database search options for candidates.

Overall experience has been positive. Recommendation: Make sure you have your processes and strategy agreed to upfront to avoid headaches and rework.
Pros
The Product offers flexibility in setup. Some functionality that may be lacking in customization today, Workday is always willing to listen to its customers and consider in future releases. The Workday community is very helpful when rolling out new features that you haven't tried before so that you can have insight and support from those who have implemented.
Cons
At the time we rolled out a couple of years ago the disciplinary process was not as robust as we needed but we have been able to adapt and make it work.

Historia Laboral del empleado
Para manejar el historial de los empleados es lo mejor. En ella los empleados pueden tambien solicitar sus respectivas vacaciones, ver su acumulado, etc. Por lo tanto, facilita mucho el trabajo de tanto la empresa como sus empleados.
Pros
Lo que mas me gusta es que es una herramienta super sencilla de utilizar, hasta un principiante lo puede utilizar sin ningun problema. En la misma se mantiene toda la informacion de los empleados de una empresa, desde su inicio hasta que culmina, de manera ordenada y limpia.
Cons
No tengo comentarios negativos y tampoco alguna desventaja del mismo. Es la mejor herramienta para los empleados de una empresa
