Very good sales management software
By using the software we are much more focused on sales opportunities and tracking sales processes. It's very nice to be able to manage the information about the leads, generate quotes and set up automatic processes such as sending reminders or creating tasks for the other employees, all in one place.
Pros
We use OneDeck to manage leads, opportunities and quotes. What I liked about this system is that you can save price quote templates for regular use. Another thing is that you can use the data from the documents to create and update records through their automations.
We use it daily, The software very ease to use and they have grate customer support.
Cons
There is no iPhone app yet, they promised there would be, we are waiting.

A warm recommendation for OneDeck
The system basically solves all the daily operations of the company for us.
Managing the sales process from the lead entry stage, through opportunity management to the production of quotes and work orders.
We also manage the projects and the execution schedules.
Producing invoices and receipts and managing our cash flow.
Pros
The system is intuitive and easy to use and customize.
The user experience is very good and allows implementation in the organization without help from a third party.
OneDeck offers a wide range of features, allowing anyone in almost any field to build the solution that suits their business.
I mainly used their support center which teaches step by step how to do things in the system - an efficient and convenient stronghold.
We use this platform on a daily basis for everything.
Cons
I would be happy if there were more options in the automations of the system so that I wouldn't have to work with another system like Make.com

OneDeck is awesome!
Sales and project management can be done on a regular basis, even by field employees from their mobile phones.
Everything is synchronized and updated in real time.
A significant change from how we used to work until now.
Pros
For start, it was very easy and quick to learn how to use the platform. My team uses it all the time and was very easy to transition over to using it from old excel spreadsheets. Thank you OneDeck!

Game changer! We don't use Excel anymore.
The data of our clients and projects is much more organized now, we have built automatic processes that save us time, duplication of information and missed deadlines.
Our projects are going much better and the employees are happy.
Pros
We used Excel sheets to manage the projects and tasks. It was very inconvenient and we had to keep duplicate information on several sheets.
OneDeck helped us arrange the information in a correct architecture and allowed us to share the data under the privileges of managers and employees.
The possibility to create different views with saved filters is very helpful and gives a very good user experience to employees.
Their customer service is very good and responds quickly.
Cons
Although the permissions mechanism is very smart, there are no permissions by view and this is sometimes missing.
