Changed my work life!!
While using RF-SMART I am able to save money not having to buy paper for every process- they customized a function that allows me to properly send inventory back & forth to my embroidery department without fear that it will be misplaced. I have grown as a manager working side by side with RF-SMART on some things as well. I could go on & on about how many things are easier for my day to day because of the WMS but just know my overall experience with RF-SMART has been very productive & pleasant. I am excited to see what they do next!
Pros
RF-SMART is a very simple product to use & most importantly it is simple & quick to teach! I really enjoy using it in my warehouse compared to the when I was using all paper- being paperless is very important so that is a huge plus. Best of all RF-SMART has incredible customer service, they are always there for us when we need them & they find the solutions!
Cons
It is hard to remember that RF-SMART & NetSuite are not in complete sync- other than that it is wonderful.

Stay Away - Horrific Experience
Pros
We did not have a single positive experience with RF. We have been trying to get our money back for 9 months.
Cons
We signed up with RF after being assured that their system would integrate with our existing setup based on our requirements. After several months, we found out it didn’t work. Communication from RF is frustratingly slow, taking weeks to months for each response. They made promises to sell us a product they couldn’t deliver.
This experience has been disappointing and a waste of our resources. Not to mention the tens of thousands wasted.
Hoping for a fair and reasonable resolution...

Mann Lake
Great experience, the implementation and support teams have been extremely helpful and easy to work with. As we continue to run into more things we want to look into/implement or questions we have we have great conversations with RF-Smart to find a process that will work for Mann Lake. The team also challenges us to think through our process and try something a different way to make it easier in the system.
Pros
Real time visibility, easy of use for new users to jump in a quickly know how to pick an order. Replenishment reporting
Cons
Looking to continue to work with the RF-Smart team on enhancing manufacturing capabilities in real time and streamline some processes in the picking steps to make some more of it automated/faster

Used to be RF-SMART and now it is RF-RIPOFF
The renewals have been like pulling teeth. I hate that RF-SMART went from being such a nice company with good leadership to having sharks circling your account looking to squeeze every penny from the relationship. We should be left alone and just given updates and be more self-service. Their reps (which appear to be paid handsomely) probably could have their roles removed and the savings enjoyed by not having them involved could lend themselves to a more pleasant and fair experience. Why waste money on someone that is going to frustrate your customers?
Pros
We like their mobile UI and even their packstations are nice. Their support team is friendly too.
Cons
Arrogance of renewal reps. They tried to claim that the agreement we had needed to be scrapped in favor of either a 24% increase for the exact same package we had for 4 years *or* a 44% increase to enjoy an update that should have been provided years ago and at no charge.
