Next Gen MFA
Pros
It's very initiative to use and the apps are available in almost all operating platforms. It even has deviceless second factor authentication.
Cons
Setup requires professional technical engineer. The setup with AD is not straightforward. There are chances of the setup not being successful in the first try.

Authlogics Proves Itself Well
We are primarily an on-premise network supporting 650 users in 26 locations. We have Active Directory on a Microsoft 2019 Server, On-Premise Exchange 2013, and a 2019 Terminal Server/RDS Farm. In addition we have an SQL Server running specific apps all behind a Fortinet Firewall. Our goal was to lock this environment with a good MFA solution and Authlogics accomplished that.
Pros
We reviewed several of MFA products like OneLogin, Duo, Okta , and others. Authlogics was the one of the few to offer a proof of concept which let us try it before we buy it. The amazing part was while other companies were quoting a minimum of 40-80 hours of professional services, we had this up in running in less than 90 minutes. Support was excellent and documentation very well written.
Cons
Integrating this to our on-premise active directory was very straight forward. Adding our on-premise exchange and rdp farm was very straight forward as well. The challenge with any MFA is planning the roll out so that users understand the process. Authlogics offers user documentation to help with that which is great, however user preparedness and transition is always a challenge with any change.
Reasons for Switching to Authlogics MFA
We choose Authlogics because it easily supported our on-premise exchange and rdp environment, we got some crazy expensive professional services quotes from OneLogin and others that indicated it was a struggle for their solutions. Duo was a bit more reasonable and probably could have done the job well, but ultimately the personalized support and reasonable pricing from Authlogics won out.- Industry: Information Technology & Services

Great product and support
Very good experience the support has been both personable and outstanding
Pros
The simplicity of the implementation was impressive. In about an hour we had it up and running. I received implementation quotes from other MFA products that where 40 to 100 hours implementation. Support has been amazing.
Cons
At this point it’s really serving our needs very well so I don’t see any short comings from our standpoint

Additional dependencies on other gadgets is not required.
Pros
The most important feature is the intuitively designed interface of the product, there is no need to provide any demo or tutorial for the users to adopt it, also the integration with other products is easy and straightforward.
Cons
The integration with other custom-built applications needs to be improved with enhanced support.
