Budget friendly hosting for beginners
I am using Bluehost for the last 11 months. Its user dashboard is very user-friendly and ways to use. Every feature is easy to access and use. Overall it's user-friendly and budget hosting.
Pros
Bluehost provides high-performance hosting and multiple features at a very affordable price that ant beginner can afford.
Cons
There is nothing that I didn't like about Bluehost.

Bluehost provides good reliable webhosting for a low price.
As I mentioned in my review, Bluehost just works. I have been building and maintaining websites since 1995 so I understand web hosting. Bluehost has an easy-to-use control panel where I can set up databases and file folders. The SSL feature is also easy to configure. Overall, it is a trouble-free experience.
Pros
I am a technology consultant and several of my clients use Bluehost for hosting WordPress and Joomla websites, and I have never had a problem with it. I have been using Bluehost since 2012 and I have never had to contact tech support. Bluehost just works and the price of shared hosting is very affordable.
Cons
In the many years that I have used Bluehost, I have had very few issues. Thinking back, I recall having issues with page speed, but this was very limited and it happened several years ago. I have not had any problems recently and I will continue to use and recommend Bluehost.
Reasons for Switching to Bluehost
Bluehost is very affordable and I have been using it for years. I decided to stick with a host that I know.- Industry: Events Services

10+ years as a customer, Bluehost is terrible!
Bluehost used to be a great company with US-based support teams. Over the years they have slowly outsourced more of their operations overseas and everything from their Cpanel interface to customer support have become terrible.Bluehost is THE most expensive hosting plan I've ever seen... not in terms of money, but in terms of wasted time, headaches, idle developer hours and outages. Do not use them!
Pros
After 10+ years of being a customer I no longer have anything positive to say about Bluehost. If the switching costs weren't so high, I'd be gone in a heartbeat.
Cons
I have been a Bluehost customer for more than 10 years now. Their service has slowly gotten worse and worse. The Cpanel user experience is horrendous. There are error and time out messages constantly. The chat support is terrible. I frequently am on the chat for an hour with no resolution to my issue. Also they are changing their hosting plans fairly regularly and make it unclear about whether they require you to upgrade or not (they send you a vague email saying your account MAY be affected). It's an all around terrible experience... if I didn't have so many sites hosted on my account, I'd switch hosting providers in a heartbeat.

One of the best hosting provider
Pros
I can easily create subdomain with Bluehost also I love their server response time, integration with other software is also easy.
Cons
poor costumer service, so Bluehost team should improve their costumer care. However, the overall experience is good.

Affordable, User-friendly webhosting!
Pros
What I like the most about Bluehost is its ease of use. It is very user-friendly and making changes are a breeze.
Cons
While Bluehost isn't as expensive as others, having more affordable plan options would be nice.

Used to be good, now sucks and employs scammy business practices
It used to be good, but now it sucks. There are much better options on the market... I guess when a company gets so big and popular, they stop caring.
Pros
In general, Bluehost was ok, but they've become scammy and awful.
Support is offered 24/7, but the agents are not really reliable. Some are good, some just cut the convo if they don't know how to help, and then you have to start all over again, wasting your time on waiting and the explaining everything from the top.
Cons
Scammy business practices. They automatically set everything to auto-renew without asking. They also gift you free addons (that you most likely don't even need) and they set those to auto-renew also just so they can leach money.

Weeks to fix a security breach
Absolutely terrible. Everyone is in their silo. Apparently, there is no place for a user that has a big problem to go to get help. 2/10 people I spoke with seemed to care and really tried to help but even their hands seemed to be tied. And I am still without a website.
Pros
Have used for years with good results until now.
Cons
Hours and hours and no relief from my site being hacked. In fact, it got worse with each call to support. First I just had a blog from an unknown source, then my site began redirecting to another site, then the site reappeared with no formatting, then the site disappeared entirely with a message to contact wordpress.

Worst website hosting I’ve ever used and it’s not cheap.

We started with Bluehost but changed due to bad customer service
Bluehost was great at the start. It's exciting when you get your company websites up and running but of course there's always going to be glitches. So when we used their customer service we soon found out how unhelpful they were with one of our websites being down for days. We ended up changing companies for hosting.
Pros
Bluehost is very affordable and the platform is easy to use.
Cons
Their customer service was terrible we so had to look elsewhere.

Expensive and Dishonest
Pros
I am not a fan. I will not use the product again.
Cons
I renewed not realizing how expensive this product is compared to others. I found the renewal process for all of the pieces confusing to understand. I was not sure what part of the product I was actually renewing. I am not techy and find it difficult to navigate. I tried to cancel and they lied to me about the renewal policy and cancelation on the phone, and refused to let me cancel. The customer support was rude. I will not recommend this product to anyone, and will never use them again.

The Worst support team ever
Pros
I have not outstanding from any reason. STAY AWAY FROM OVERPRICED SERVICE
Cons
DONT USE IT!!!! Support team does not do anything. I had twice email down just thanks to them to be unable to do simple things. numerous times they escalated and I had to anyway followed it 72 hours twice in the row; once three times. it gives you nearly two weeks to resolve simple issue. just to mention that our emails were down for nearly 2 weeks twice in the row due to stupid refusal of the card (we changed it due to the breach) and once due to technical support making mistake setting up it. the leaving was not without problem either. The IPS address took MONTH and something for them to change it; again twice in the row following up with technical team to resolve it.

Bluehost is one of the best web hosting service provider
My overall experience is good, I didn't get any huge type of hosting related problems yet. This hosting provider was able to help me perfectly and grow up my business. Bluehost presents itself so professionally, If someone asks me that hey what is the best host provider? I can tell them about Bluehost.
Pros
Bluehost is one of the best hosting providers, there are so many reasons I got working with Bluehost that make this company amazing to me. I like their server response time, integration with other software is easy, management and control are good, pricing is not too much, and many more. Bluehost does not provide a lot of things with their hosting packages, but whatever you'll get, you'll get 100% quality things.
Cons
I don't think Bluehost provide good customer service. They actually don't care about the problems that a customer will get. Delay in reply, but once they will reply to you, you'll get some useless things in a long message. Bluehost should improve their technical support part.

Great hosting service
I will keep using it as it gives us security and safety, in few words peace of mind.
Pros
We work with this hosting service everyday with our landings pages that receive more than 10k visits per day and it behaves just great. It almost never crashes so we are pretty confident when we are not working.
Cons
what i like least could be the price, sometimes it gets very expensive depending on the traffic of the web.

A little pricey for what is given
My experience was okay. I think it would be better for someone with more computer and website building experience. The Customer service was good, when I did need help their service was pretty standard. I purchased the annual subscription and I have switched to another service after two months.
Pros
I liked that you could easily pair it with WordPress. It was nice to be able to purchase both programs together and have them function together.
Cons
It didn’t have too much to offer for the price. You don’t receive much on Bluehost and the dashboard is very limiting.

Bluehost is the Best Option for Me
Pros
The affordability and streamlined way it works with Wordpress made Bluehost the best choice for me
Cons
There were a couple times that I hit a snag with the hosting platform and it required a little work on my end to get the customer service I needed. However, I will say over the years, the support has gotten better for sure.

Overall, Bluehost service is excellent considering the price.
Many website templates and simple customization tools allow for the creation and design of websites without the assistance of a developer. Also, Bluehost offers an excessive amount of out-of-the-box plugins that enable us to connect with various chatbot, form, and reporting tools.
Pros
For those who are just starting out and need hosting, it's a terrific deal. Anyone may host a website and learn how to do it thanks to the straightforward design and user experience. Bluehost frequently has promotions for potential customers. Also, support was constantly responsive.
Cons
Every hosting provider has drawbacks, and one I see with Bluehost is that it has a relatively cheap initial price but a disproportionately large percentage increase on renewal.

Terrible hosting service, don't use it!
Pros
No benefits, I regret to have bought it, don't use it!
Cons
My website has been down for over a week to date, I contacted the customer support 10+ times, they always argue that the matter has been escalated to a higher support team that will respond in further 24-72 hours. Also, back-up data are apparently stored in the same servers as the production data, which is the most incompetent move ever. I have never seen such a poor service.

Great Hosting Provider for Beginners
Overall a great hosting solution for the price.
Pros
Excellent hosting solution for beginners. If you need a website for personal branding or a portfolio, you can consider Bluehost. It's been 20 years that Bluehost has been on the market, and they have an excellent reputation. They often offer great discounts on their hosting plans, and you can grab one to jump-start your website. You get one free domain for one year, which is an excellent opportunity for beginners. According to their pricing, the features are pretty good, and I recommend the shared hosting of Bluehost for beginners.
Cons
The support is kind of slow, and technical support needs to be upgraded.

BlueHost - Quality hosting services
I have been used the Shared hosting services provided by Bluehost for hosting multiple small and medium scale websites on a single plan. Have observed good performance for all of the websites.
Pros
Bluehost offers a wide range of hosting plans for various levels of website development needs. The hosting services provided by Bluehost offer excellent performance in terms of server up-time.
The best thing about Bluehost is the website loading time, which is very quick.
Another feature which is of great help is that all annual plans at Bluehost come with Free SSL certificate.
Finally when it comes to support, the customer support team at Bluehost provides good and timely support for any kind of technical issues.
Cons
Nothing specific in terms of dislike.
Only word of caution is regarding the discounts offered on your first purchase. Bluehost offers heavy discounts on your first purchase (Generally for their 12-month, 24-month or 36-month plans). The discount offered may not be available when you renew the products. So carefully check the renewal prices before going ahead.

Bluehost for Beginners
Web presence is crucial, and Bluehost simply makes it more painless to create that presence.
Pros
Bluehost makes it easy to start a website. It’s not the very cheapest around, but that’s not a bad thing, because the value for the money is what matters. Ease of use and installation, quick help whenever necessary, strong wordpress integration, and beautiful presentation all make this software worth the buy for those that really have no idea what they’re doing.
Cons
I wish that customer service was a bit more clear. They were helpful with my problems so far, but I didn’t always understand all the things they were doing to solve those problems. This is only an issue because understanding the process more would help me solve problems on my own.

Pros
Bluehost is one of the best hosting providers on the web. They are one of the top 5 hosting companies in the world and are one of the only ones to offer an unconditional money back guarantee. I've used their service and I've been very happy with their performance.
Cons
Although Bluehost is excellent but the renewal is expensive.
