Easy to use for this non-research expert
Pros
The survey tools are easy to use. I like the drag and drop features, plus being able to save questions I use often as templates. We moved from Spark 1 to Spark 3 and I very much appreciate the ease of programming survey logic as well as adding images to questions within the newer system.
Cons
There are a few survey types I still need to go back to use the old Spark 1 system for, but I know these functions are on the road map in the future for Spark 3.

A good tool for more than basic needs
Pros
It's extremely powerful to have a community of members who can be reached with just a few clicks of a button. This allows the voice of the customer to be an easy inclusion in our business strategy.
Cons
I struggle to find a more generic way the software could be updated, or something I strongly dislike.

Fuel CycleReasons for Switching to Alida
When comparing a top tier tool to other top tier tools, it's admittedly difficult to find differentiators enough to select one over the other. A main deciding factor in continuing with Alida is the one stop shop offering - everything research, distribution related that we wanted to use was offered by one company (rather than a combination of partnerships).- Industry: Insurance

Alida is an innovative company with top notch customer service.
We are gaining valuable insights from healthcare consumers, employees, brokers, and provider partners though use of Alida SPARQ and Power Surveys.
Pros
The experience with Alida's customer success team has been excellent. They are very responsive and knowledgeable. We’ve worked with a couple over the 6 years of our partnership and have been pleased with all.
Cons
Navigating between two survey platforms is challenging for our programmers.

User friendly, effective way to gather insights!
Pros
Alida's Sparq software is very easy to use and a great way to engage with a community of consumers. Programming and sending surveys is a quick and straightforward process and consistently provides rich insights.
Cons
The options for programming survey logic could be a bit more sophisticated. The basics are all there and very straightforward to program, but it would be nice to see some additional capabilities going forward.
