Great Booking App... No customer end Android/IOS App
It's has been productive and I would still recommend it... It is a massively great App... If they take care of reporting and customer Android and IOS app.....and lastly Add CRM (email marketing) .... Boom they would be the jewel to run after.

I was able to use it for a class booking business. The Design is totally beautiful, I was Able to restrict client account booking as per validity period of class registrations,

2 years of non-functioning iOS app and unsupported browser version
Pros
2 years ago was easy to use. Still affordable. 2 years ago was supported and had good customer service

I have been with Apponity for years. I am now leaving. The reason for my departure is complete inability to work on mobile.
iOS app and mobile browser nowadays never work properly. Never is a strong word but it is really never. Mobile app and mobile browser options are limited. Parts and pieces are not functioning after each iOs update.
This only indicates that the software is no longer supported in a timely manner by the parent company in Singapore. I can only use my Desktop. Nowadays it is a big drawback for any functioning business.
I contacted Appointy multiple times and "we are working on the app" is the only answer.
I am leaving although I will lose history of hundreds of clients . The system allows to export only addresses and names and none of the past appointments.
Very inconvenient but I have no other choice.

Stop reading reviews and just get Appointy!
Appointy handles all of our scheduling for all of our staff. I wouldn't have it any other way!
Pros
The best thing is the customer service. I have never in my life been more please with a live-chat service than I have with Appointy. Our questions are often convoluted, sometimes obscure, and even on occasion have the answers in plain sight. The people they have doing tech support for their product are THE reason I wouldn't consider anything else. There is no robo-answer, and the people are genuinely interested in helping me find my solution.
This sounds totally crazy, but I almost LIKE when something breaks because I get to interact with these guys! Shoutouts to [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] in-particular!
Cons
Some of the default views (admin side) don't make sense. Example: moving to the calendar and I only see the next 3 hours? Default should be a week. And honestly, I think I can probably change that. Wait!!! I get to go talk to the support guys again!
Other than that, the customization to make it look more like a whitebox product is a little lackluster.

Too Expensive for Businesses
Appointy powered our tech stack for a long time after we left TimeTrade. Eventually, we grew tired of paying a programmer to tweak the API when business changed demanded it. We ultimately switched to SimplyBook.Me to save money and use Zapier.
Pros
Good integrations and API, lots of booking customization features were included that helped customers and staff alike. Google Calendar sync worked perfectly well and made it easy for staff to block time without logging in.
Cons
The 5 staff limit for $49.99 month was simply too expensive for our taste. We also had issues with the API also provide to be difficult to maintain with a developer. I see they've since added Zapier which might help with that extra cost.

A reliable appointment-management program
Pros
The product was fairly easy to set up. It offers a good user experience to set and manage appointments. Some of my clients used this system, so I acted as the administrator. Most of these clients were satisfied.
Cons
Some other competitors offered more integrated services. The integration with WordPress could have been a little more seamless, though it wasn't bad.

Pros

It's definitely on the high end of softwares but you get what you pay for. If I pay for a cheaper software, I wouldn't get all of the services that I get with this one.

Great Product
Overall, this is a great product. I love the chat feature they have and the staff is knowledgeable. Their response time is quick and they are always able to help with whatever I need.
Pros
I like Appointy because it take the worry out of scheduling students for tutoring sessions and it's easy for parents to use. This product helps to ensure we are not overbooked which is very important due restrictions with social distancing. The software also gives us the flexibility to cancel and reschedule sessions with ease. One other thing I really like is being able to control how many sessions parents can schedule each week.
Cons
The thing I like least about the software is that it is not user friendly when trying to set up additional seats on the administrative side.

Schedules on point with Appointy; a great alternative for paper posts type of schedules
Pros
It allows automatic scheduling. It also allows group scheduling and appointment scheduling. The calendar sync allows our employees to be up-to-date with the monthly agenda and tentative meeting schedules.
Cons
The inability to track or schedule leaves and absences is a great setback. It would really be nice if this software can also track time in and out.

Amazing Apps and the best Customer Service
Pros
My team and I are stressful to manage huge event and crowd. There's multiple date need to be set up and customized. Tight with the dateline, we were so panicked till we found out about them. I must say that I AM SUPER SUPER GRATEFUL. The app is so friendly and easy for my customers. Another thing that made me wont go to any other app is their Support team is the best that i ever liaised. They're very attentive to all my questions, they helped to customize it, i felt that i have another colleague next to me who helped me till all my job done. good experience with appointy
Pros
the widgets were nice, making it easy to go in and out of various apps/programs. my schedule is all over the place and we all use a lot of apps now and this appinty tool really helped me stay organized. i was even able to track attendance in some of my meetings. the facebook integration feature was nice also, i use that a lot with other programs.
Cons
i deleted a few appointments and didn't realize it. luckily they were nothing major and i actually had them in my other calendar as well. minimal precautions as far as deletions. need more "are you sure?"s.

Great for Business

Free and Easy to Use
We've used it to book consulting appointments and have not faced any issues as of yet!
Pros
It's free and works just as well as other paid scheduling programs. I like that I can send the appointment directly to a client and they can confirm via email. It's also really easy to customize to individual needs.

Good, not excelent
We've been using Appointy for over 3 years now and here is my review:
It just works, in the beginning they had some server issues and some minor glitches here and there from time to time, but for the past couple of years it has been very smooth.
The phone customer support is non-existent, though email and facebook page communication is pretty swift. It's just if your business relies on a booking system and something goes wrong, waiting for an email instead of calling and talking to tech support is counterproductive, or worse money-loosing issue if the business is busy.
What not expect from Appointy. If you have a great idea to improve this software and you share it with them, they would promise you that they will implement it in the next couple of releases but they never delivered. It's been almost two years since I proposed them a great but so far nothing.
Customers without email bulk deletion would be a good feature but blatantly missing.
Facebook login option always gets broken when facebook updates their log-in API. When this happens Appointy staff is the last to find out and we have customers calling about no being able to login. I simply disabled this option.
Is it worth the money, can you rely on Appointy for your business? Absolutely. But if they had phone customer support and really implemented customer usability suggestions it would be golden.

Worst tech support ever
It work but when you need to make changes it is impossible to reach tech support. And they claim you can reach them 24/7. Such a lie.

We felt the cared about our business and our success. Outstanding customer service.
Increased sales. Email updates on new clients. Clients can cancel without calling and taking our time. Clients can pay if we wanted to, but we take payment in person. Clients really love their email update reminders. I really could go on and on.
Pros
That my sales increased. The software allows customers to easily register for classes and we have seen a dramatic increase in our sales. We have not advertised or emailed past customers, so we are confident the software's ease of use is the reason why our sales increased 20% the first month.
Cons
Learning curve based on our needs. Truly is our needs make it difficult to set up each class, but customer service helps us whenever we need help. I truly only touched on the learning curve to put something in this spot, because Appointy guys really go out of their way to help us.

Awesome customer service!!
Omar & Yogi have been life savers for us the past two weeks, while trying to learn how to effectively use your system, for our programming needs!!! We are educators, using Appointy to make reservations for our classes, and had used a different system in the past. Although change is always hard, we are so excited that we found Appointy, and glad we made the change!! We love that the 'online chat' (help) feature is available 24 hours a day, and have always received a very quick response when we have needed to use it. Your staff knows the system thoroughly, and has helped us work through any questions, or issues we were having on our end.

sometimes it takes me time to figure out how to set something up. I can always ask for help. once in a while a customer says they did not get a reminder. Or that it came really late
