Once they went to the correct people, they were handled promptly and efficiently. > > **Cons**: The staff are very helpful but there needs to be a better internal system to let staff know who is helping which customers and the particular issue that is being resolved. I have had multiple calling, and emailing to solve and issue that has already been resolved. > > Honestly there has been several highs and lows. I think they are working hard to improve the product and I believe they will have a bright future. The reservation system is one of the best I have used. > > **Cons**: The handheld devices are cumbersome and have connectivity issues. As a result employees do not use them and we have to continue paying for them because of our contract. The back-up router has never worked during power outages. After much back and forth, we finally received a replacement router but received no credit for the months we paid for the non-working service. > > After trying to deal with SpotOn from behind the scenes for the past six months I can tell they are a disorganized, siloed organization that really does not care about customer retention. Do not expect timely responses to issues – after not receiving a response from their IT department regarding website interface issues I had to hire a website developer to figure out a band aide solution.
