Team Management Easy and Smooth
In the beginning I use to struggle a bit using it but as time passes by it improved a lot and became the perfect tool for team management.
Pros
The amount and diversity of functionalities resumed in only one app.
Cons
The account management used to be a problem but recently they improved it.

Teams makes collaboration easier
Overall I have had a great experience with Microsoft teams. The ability to hold high quality video calls and interactive presentations is better than other equivalent platforms. However the integration with programmes such as PowerPoint could be improved.
Pros
The ability to communicate with colleagues and collaborate with clients using the powerful conference call feature.
Cons
Sometimes the communication with other Microsoft apps is not best optimised.

Microsoft Teams - great at a lot, not so much in NDI
It has been mostly good, the move over to the new Teams interface has caused a couple of odd bugs, however, these are bugs that they can fix.
Pros
It is very easy to setup meetings, townhalls, live events, webinars, etc. compared to other platforms.
Cons
The NDI functionality within Teams is exceptionally buggy at the moment with inconsistent functionality. We will have the NDI working flawlessly today, and tomorrow it won't work... on the same computer and same account.
Reasons for Choosing Microsoft Teams
Our free trial was coming to an end on the Google work suite, and as we primarily use Microsoft for our events, it was a more obvious route to move over.Switched From
Google MeetReasons for Switching to Microsoft Teams
We use both Zoom and Microsoft for some of our clients, however, we have found that Zoom is strong in some areas, such as large webinars, but Teams is better for meetings. However, the pricing of Zoom is a lot more than Teams.- Industry: Management Consulting

Microsoft Teams
Overall, I really like Microsoft Teams based on the ability to have instant Chat conversations as well as the ability to schedule meetings without major restrictions.
Pros
I like the ability to schedule meetings and send out links either via a meeting planner or create my own email and include the link. I like that we can hold meetings without time restraints. I also like the Chat feature to stay in instant contact with others.
Cons
I do not have any Cons at the moment. Initially, I would have stated a Con as having difficulty in starting meetings because I would "lose" the link. However, after realizing that I could click on the calendar icon and join the meeting from the scheduled meeting, I was good. I guess this was more so user error than an actual issue with Teams (lol).

Seamless Work Communication
Teams is an integral part of my daily work. I use it to collaborate with my team on time sensitive matters when emails may otherwise be lost in the shuffle.
Pros
Teams makes it simply to seamlessly collaborate with colleagues in real time. Project-based chat conversations allow for us to remain in constant communication. Switching between chat and voice and video calls is also an integral part of our consultative work.
Cons
The only downside I've experienced with Teams is trouble connecting on calls across different Teams instances or when using a VPN. However, these issues have been minimal and have not affected my overall opinion.
