Accelerware is a cloud-based club management solution for club owners, coaches and exercise physiologists. The solution helps fitness and sports clubs in client scheduling, appointment management, sending automated notifications, the creation of custom fitness programs and inventory management. Club owners can manage client schedules in accordance with coach availability. The built-in email system enables managers to send automated reminders for membership renewal and expiry. In addition, the solution also allows coaches to customize fitness and training programs based on client needs. Accelerware lets managers record and keep track of equipment, supplements and other inventories. Customer booking can be scheduled using the online calendar tool. Bookings can also be color-coded and customer details can be recorded in the system by importing the records from Excel files. The solution offers integration with Saasu, MYOB, Xero and Intuit Quickbooks. Pricing is per month, and customer support is offered via phone, email and web forums.
