Forcura Orders Review

Forcura staff from the Administration to support have been very professional and helpful. They follow the customers and tailor your needs to help assist you through the initial process and on going. They have been great with us.

Pros

That we no have an EMR System that attached and labels the documents electronically as we were previously doing this manually. We also use it to seperate, combine, label, and fax out other documents not associated to actual patients.

Cons

As a end user for orders, I really don't have a con for the software, it does exactly what we were told it would do.

Great document workflow software

One of the benefits is that Forcura has cut the time spent in Orders Processing. With a simple click, documents get assigned to the patient, making it super quick and simple to process orders, referrals and faxes.

Pros

Forcura is very user friendly even for employees who are less tech savy. They're customer service is really good, and they set up a meeting time to provide different demos to show you how it all works. The best part is that Forcura links with your EMR system, making tasks like Order Management/Referral attachment and other data entry aspects of the job smooth and easy. They use a barcode system on top of each document that helps connect that document to the appropriate client/patient.

Cons

I've been using Forcura for about 4 years now, and the only negative aspect that I've found so far is that if the bar code is not appropriately place on top of the document, it will send the document to "Inbound" where the user will have to manually grab it from that buck it and archive it into the correct patient.

Response from Forcura

Thanks for being a Raving Fan, Sheila! We appreciate your comments and feedback.

Forcura-no cure

I think that the sales team pushes new features without fixing the current issues, it is clunky for users and is not organized.

Pros

I like it for tracking and reporting purposes. It has a clear orders outstanding workflow. It would be nice to organize paperwork by clinician name and/or region/location for ease of following up on missing documents.

Cons

I don’t like that I don’t always trust that paperwork is being uploaded correctly and that these is a lot of room for user error both in the mobile app and via computer. I don’t like that because of the clunkiness and room for error, my staff don’t trust sending their documents to process.

I love this product! It is excellent for electronic faxing and document management.

Cons

I would like to be able to send faxes and attach documents from the mobile app.

Hard Work Pays Off

Forcura is a company that wants to put in the work to be a market leader. They are keen on listening to their customers to keep a pulse on the problems that their technology can help to solve. They are motivated to adapt to the industry by staying abreast of industry trends but most importantly look to their customers to drive the roadmap. Their customer service is fantastic and they stick by their word to support their customers with superior quality.

Pros

In a paper-oriented post acute industry, Forcura is working hard to break down the barriers to paperless technology. From their initial platform to reduce paper-based faxing to their integration with HCHB, Forcura is pushing the boundaries of what it can do. Their new Forcura Connect API should reduce the burdens of platform integrations and enhance the benefits already provided by the product.

Cons

The User Interface. It isn't unbearable, however, with today's front-end platforms, Forcura can leverage a more intuitive UI. This is a goal of theirs based on customer feedback and we are looking forward to the improvements.
