> **Pros**: Generally easy setup, though the effort was more on getting my team to adopt the platform. So that's more on us than Copper.

> **Cons**: Inability to ingest UTM tracking parameters natively. We had to use a 3rd party tool in order to connect the attribution dots.

> We have since moved away from Copper, though it's probably a good solution for a small business getting into the CRM game.

> **Cons**: I wish I had more control over automatons, this isn't as much as a dislike than it is a wish I had. Copper is constantly developing so I'm sure it's only a matter of time before more customization comes to their automatons.

But I say that they are in the right balance between increasing functionality and ease of use of the software. frequent updates make the system more complete whether it's desktop or Android application.

> **Cons**: Help library is not sufficient to solve or explain common questions. Projects feature could be more useful in order to helping to handle won or loose opportunities. And Projects not all integrated with the rest of functions. I don't know why. AI not arrived at Cooper too.
