Their ability to make their system meet our needs has been fantastic. We have individual memberships but aggregated billing on a monthly basis for linked members; events which allow us to send links to members to register; sign waivers, fill out questionnaires; and enter credit card information and more. It’s clear they care about helping their customers succeed and be able to use the software to it's fullest, and that makes a huge difference.
