Collecting money from client is also pretty easy as LawPay integrates with the software and you can do things like setting up payment plans. Customer service has also been pretty decent with the AI answering most things. > > **Cons**: I was given an initial discount to sign up, but that disappeared after my first year, even though I was told it would continue. While this may not be exclusive to MyCase, it's also occurred to me that I may be hostage to it as there is a lot of case/matter data that may be difficult to migrate should pricing no longer be competitive. > > I'm happy with it. As a solo attorney having a CRM like MyCase keeps me organized, it keeps me on task, allows me to make notes and status update, text clients through the platform, and get e-signatures. Customer service is pretty responsive. Rollouts are not always smooth, unfortunately, but they do seem to be doing updates from time to time. Its not the top of the market in that it does not have the robust items for a personal injury or employment law case, it allows for contingency but doesn't actually have any functionality built in for contingency cases.
