About Centrex

Centrex is a cloud-based finance customer relationship management (CRM) solution, which helps enterprises manage client interactions, revenue generation and loan portfolio. Other features include custom workflows, override/SlowPay calculator, contact management, email template creation and event-triggered notifications. The solution includes a lender matchmaking feature that enables businesses to add lender criteria such as entity type, years in business or credit score, send submissions to recommended lenders and track their deal closing performance. Centrex’s text and email marketing functionalities facilitate communication with brokers, vendors and syndicates. Clients can use their white-labelled portals to upload documents, view assigned tasks and sign off payment approvals. With its deal management module, finance teams can handle multiple deals for every contact, create pipelines and control deal permissions for representatives. Centrex offers integration with several third-party platforms including ACHWorks, Twilio and Ytel. Pricing is available on request and support is offered via email, phone and documentation.

Best in the business

Pros

Really great CRM. Came from a heavy salesforce background and Centrex goes head to head in almost every area for a fraction of the cost to implement. Comes out the box ready for any company within the financial sector to use. Made my sales teams life 10 times easier

Cons

The built in document signing software it comes with isn't as good as docusign and they don't integrate with docusign. That said, they are apparently working on improving it early 2022 and you can always continue to use docusign on the side if you prefer

TAKING CRM TO THE NEXT LEVEL

I would recommend Centrex to any Lender or Broker in the MCA Space who is looking for a CRM that gets the job done when it comes to data management, deal flow, and at the same time getting their sales teams more efficient andprductive

Pros

Best Features include Drip Campaigns, List Building, Data Management, and Data Flow Process

Cons

The only improvement I would reccomend is the SMS marketing needs work on the template building

Good for a start up

Pros

What I like the most about this software is the ease of use- it was very quick to learn.

Cons

What I like the least about this software is there is no ability to forecast and track important tasks.

Great CRM with a Focus on the Financing Industry

Pros

We are a high-end media production agency focusing on the production of commercial content for corporate entities. As many of our productions / packages can get into the five and six figures, we offer a financing option to our clients.

Centrex has been invaluable in helping us not only throughout the sales cycle when nurturing leads but also in tracking these financing options that we offer to our clients. We used to use Salesforce but needed to find a solution that was more tailored to servicing these financing options without needing to deeply customize the platform.

Centrex was not only easy to set up, but the support that we received from their team was fantastic.

Cons

We currently have to use other apps to track the status of our productions (pre-production, scripting, on-set production, post production, client review, etc) so it would be nice to have a way to integrate these within Centrex, although that is not what a CRM would primarily be used for.

Chromatic Digital Cinema is awesome because they work on very very large budget media projects and they offer a pay as you go program for their clients. They were able to use the Centrex platform to service that program. Awesome Centrex customer with a unique finance product need.

Centrex is awesome

We love the tech all the way around. From email marketing and dialer integration and opportunity management, it offers all that we need to run our finance business.

Pros

We love how they bring all sorts of different tech all under one roof so I don't have to string it all together myself.

Cons

They forced us to use their integrated vendors but it worked out in the long run.
