We don't ever hear complaints from our patients regarding booking appointments online or the text messages that Mangomint sends out for us. The customer support is incredible. I often have complex reporting questions and the team is often able to find a work around or add in that report to the interface for me. They are constantly upgrading and adding new features to improve the platform. > > **Cons**: I wish there was a dual factor authentication especially from the phones. There are some other random one off issues that would make our lives easier -- like having a history of edits made to a ticket and who made them, not updating the pricing when we open an old ticket, adding a feature so my team can see inventory without editing the inventory numbers, easier way to associate products with specific services.
