Simplify EMR has been invaluable to our practice!

The benefits of Simplify EMR to centralizing information and communication within our practice, has been invaluable. I only wish we had made the move sooner!

Pros

Our practice has been with Simplify for over 6 years. It has been easy to implement and use for our team, and has centralized all of our patient information securely. The price is cost effective and makes use of EMR easy and affordable for small practices. The owner has been willing to work with us on changes and added documentation systems needed to support new lines of service (Behavior Therapy and Music Therapy) as our practice has grown. Simplify has overall been very accomodating to any change requests, and consistently met the needs of our practice. Minor tech issues reported, are genuinely handled same day or within 24 hours.

Cons

Simplify could improve updates and communication with their users about software updates and new functions that are periodically added to the system. We often uncover updates by chance, and a quarterly report to update users would be helpful. In addition, we are waiting on text message reminders which we expect will have a positive impact on client attendance and reduce the number of missed appointments. Last, while Simplify has been accommodating to our change requests, the time required for changes to be completed and implemented into the EMR system can be lengthy and often require repeated follow up on from our team.

Genensys/Simplify

Great value for the monthly price

Pros

Easy to learn. I especially like that encounters can not be billed until the therapist finishes note and closes the note. This helps to enure notes are at least completed weekly prior to being able to run the payroll function

Cons

Therapists state the software is not user friendly when used on a mobile device

My experience using Genensys / EMR.

It is a good product and the support is quick to respond.

Pros

I like that it is straight forward and easy to use.

I would like to see the reports be more user friendly.

Amazing Product

Working with Farhan over the years has been a great experience. Everyone at this company seems to be dedicated to helping with any issues that may arise. The product itself is perfect for our practice. We needed something with a little "outside the box" thinking and we found it with Simplify Therapy.

Pros

Being able to get assistance with any issue, including needing to add something for our highly specialized practice is very important. Also, I can teach a new therapist how to navigate the system in no more than 10 minutes. Great program.

Cons

I am having trouble thinking of cons, which is a good thing.

Reliable software

It's really good software and easy to use. You can find all details in the same page. Demographic information, insurance information, everything is easy to use.

Pros

It's easy to use and easy to find detailed information of patient's.
When you have any question or concerns about software you just submit a online ticket and you will get answers in few minutes. Very useful and helpful.

Cons

You can find all the information you need. No need to worry about the information of doctors and authorization portion is aldo added. Evaluation is added and whatever you need to do to you will get all details in this software.
