Augmented Reality for the real world
The team and the product are great to work with. One of a kind solution
Pros
System is designed to work in harsh Enviroments with the ability to seamless integrate remote expert with field staff. Works great in bright sunlight as well as dark situations. The hand held camera is perfect for difficult to see area.

Connecting your work force
Pros
Connecting people has really stepped up. Kiber 3 is a fully ATEX approved technology used to drive operational efficiencies in industrial zones. Kiber is binocular head up display where information is shared seemlessly around the world helping reduce travel, speed up decision making and get instant expert insights when they are needed.
Cons
PTT on roadmap. Initially TEAMS integration was not available but is now due to the constant development of the solution.

Evaluation of the device for Glass industry, glass furnace remote maintenance works inspection
Kiber system was used in 2021 for remote supervising of general repair of Glass float line by Japanese colleagues. It was possible to perform critcal moments of cold repair without personal presence of Japanese team in AGC Czech. (Covid 19 restrictions).
Pros
The Kiber software fits axactly to our needs. Remote supervising of maintenance done on float line.
Cons
No negative experience. Certain limitation could be requirement for software of PC used for remote supervising when more helmets are in use.

Increased accuracy and productivity
Pros
Our team is new to the technology, so what we liked best was being able to have an easy initial setup complete and successful field testing of the flagship features to begin adjusting our SOPs and see a quick improvement in time saved.
Cons
As we have just started using the software, its simply going to take time and experimentation to find how we can best use the variety of applications the software brings to our team.
