We understand that many small businesses are struggling with the high cost of the licenses required for certain software programs. We hope that the prices will be reduced soon so that more companies can afford to use them. In addition, we believe that the documentation for these programs should be more detailed and clear, with more video tutorials to help users understand how to use them effectively.

On top of our favorite tools from IBM Cloud Pak is the comprehensive intelligent AI-Capabilities to achieve the operational excellence via decision management to make better decisions faster based on the advanced predictive analytics combined with AI to turn insights into personalized customer actions, We love the workflow management for empowering our employees with a 360-degree view of data and metrics to seamlessly measure success and easily participate in workflow improvement. All this get combined together to deliver the main purpose of digital transformation and its the automation, IBM RPAs are having the best operationalized AI technologies in the market these days and with the number of insights and metrics we gain, We become able to employ bots to do "very complex" processes and get rid of all the repetitive boring manual tasks and even complete them quickly to save time and reduce the operational cost.

Cons

No serious disappointments but we would be happy if they added more pre-built workflows to help us save time and to discover new automation opportunities with different use-cases. We also had a hard time with the training journey and the documentation wasn't so informative with detailed instructions, We hope that they improve it for future learners.

We're currently in the midst of a digital transformation and have been using this software to bolster our business agility. The content services it provides have also made it possible for us to exceed all expectations set by our clients without having to seek out any other software platforms.

When a new customer is trying to determine if automation is right for their team, the implementation configuration can be off-putting because of how complex it seems. To ease this difficulty, we recommend providing training to the customer's employees. This way, they can learn how to use the system or software quickly and see how it can save them time (and money) in the long run. Additionally, the price point is another area that could be improved since it's often a deterrent for users during the initial stages of testing out the platform.

IBM has brought to us the best technologies in the automation market and inserted them into one single cloud with comprehensive feature-rich tools, We're using this Business Automation cloud from IBM as the leading digital transformation tool and the head of our next-generation digital workforce team, which is currently leading over 25 of digital transformations for some of the largest names in Egypt, and the Middle East, We had a long journey of failure to find the perfect end-to-end RPA solution, finally after this long journey and after the release of IBM RPA (Formerly WDG Automation), and IBM Process Mining (Formerly MyInvenio), which I already had my hands-on them for a previous client, but moving to my current employer has showed me the transformation of IBM transforming them into powerful comprehensive tools with incredible AI/ML capabilities in detecting automation opportunities and for the seamless integration with the rest of IBM Cloud for Business Automation, This RPA with Process Mining are the most powerful end-to-end capabilities with deep intelligence in all departments with seamless workflow, ensuring the safety of our business operations by automatically detecting, continually monitoring, and constantly improving them by identifying the top workflow candidates for automation, estimating our ROI, and displaying the impact of automation efforts on the whole process prior to implementation.

Cons

They need to give more attention to the debugging mode for debugging scripts to get over the really simple issues and to handle errors that are still unknown to juniors and hardly show up in search, but they are simple and intelligent debuggers could handle that. The main issues are in performance when dealing with large volumes of data in a heavy operation, various bugs show up and we're not capable of reporting them sometimes, but we do when we're able and I hope they take an action regarding them soon.

Pros

I like the flexibility and the way it enables us to create simple to complex workflows without a single line of code to improve productivity and reduce the complexities and limitations of working remotely. Manual labor is reduced to a minimum through direct processing to improve productivity and meet fluctuating customer requirements. I really love the user-interface and the great UX for the straightforward customer journey with the help of AI to identify opportunities from every interaction in the workflow. We consider this solution one of the greatest tools in the market overall, and no other software is as beneficial to us as IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation, It's the only full-scale automation software in the market, assisting us in orchestrating all of our business processes and models through automated workflows. It provides insights through predictive analysis, assisting our employees in making better business decisions in the future.

Cons

One critical issue that we never expected to go through while on IBM, When the business has a large dataset and the workload goes heavier and heavier until it freezes/crashes (sometimes), and sometimes it just goes heavy for a while and then gets back to smoothness, I hope we can find out what's causing this since we experienced this with our clients too. And we believe this tool should be for everyone and not only enterprises, and we already implement it for SMB, but we don't find it fair enough with the pricing. In this case, it needs to be improved for them as their usage is never the same as enterprises and a flexible license is all that we/they wish for.
