Power Point Reviews
Power point remainsmy best tool for presenations as it gives me the freedom to choose different templates , great animations and transitions for connecting with different audience across sectors.
My experince has been great and always a delight
Pros
With Office 360, PowerPoint allows me to have great presentation by having pictures templates that ease my work and add great speed to preparing my presentation
PowerPoint offers usually offers me tools such as speaker notes, slide previews which helps and aid my delivery
The slide can be edited with short cut easily when there is typographical errors during presentations
Power point is user friendly with great liberty to choose font, characters, colour and favourite layout that adds beauty and class to your work
Its helps me personalised my work and presentations to suit any audience and makes the presentations so welcoming to then
Powerpoint has great animations and transition that i find very useful in conveying my messages and class to my audience
Cons
With the Advance artificial intelligent pictures on several website, Power points pictures and design are not up to date and literally behind.
Another issue is with the high cost of purchasing Microsoft office as compared to other software which is almost free and offering similar solutions
As good as it may sounds, power point is very difficult for beginners as they have to spend so much time trying their way around the soft ware.. It should be more users friendly so as not to go into extinction with time.
I find it very difficult opening different versions of my presentations to another PC with higher or lower version

Dependable and Reliable
PowerPoint is a dependable tool for retail presentations. It gets the job done but could be faster and more visually appealing with updated design options.
Pros
PowerPoint is ideal for creating product presentations and visual summaries for buyers and suppliers. It’s straightforward to use and makes it easy to showcase key information clearly.
Cons
The slide design tools feel outdated. Customising layouts takes too long, and it could benefit from more modern templates that fit retail needs.

great for presentations
Pros
It's easy to make power point presentation and mange the slides content.
Cons
sometimes if the file has lots of large figures, the powerpoint will slow down.
Also, when using the suggested designs for the slides, it is not possible to edit the size of images

Still the gold standard but due for a refresh
Pros
Still the gold standard for presentations, with many great feature updates over the last few years to modernize slide design and presentation delivery.
Cons
Microsoft needs to focus more resources on modern slide designs and templates. Other products are blowing it out of the water. Although you can design anything you want, it's not as easy to be creative and stylish as it should be.
