Great Rental Software
Have been using it for years, customer support is always quick to respond with any issue you may have. I would recommend using this software
Pros
Very easy to use software to help you manage and run your rental company. Great staff and will help work with you for your computers to make sure everything is operational and always coming out with new features
Cons
Most new significant features require an additional cost

Total Rental Software
We have used Data Rental from Marketline Computers for over 10 years. The program is very stable and easy to learn. In 2013, Marketline upgraded our system to the new Total Rental program and we've been very pleased with the improvements.
Thanks Marketline!

GCI Equipment Rental
When we started the company, it was a good basic program and easy to use but as the company grew, we found that we needed additional features and reports.
Pros
The hands-on daily use of the program for small rental companies was easy and simple to teach new employees.
Cons
There were not enough reports available or they were not simple to use.

Good Basic Platform Due for a Revamp
Total Rental has been a good business partner for us but we're hoping to see an updated version on the way or we'll likely be looking at other options.
Pros
Super simple to use and navigate, great for turning out rental contracts quickly. Responsive support that is quick to solve problems. Easy to train new hires on.
Cons
Reporting and metrics info is fairly weak, good enough for starting out but easy to outgrow. Not enough integrations of cross functionality.

Customer support sucks
Been a customer for 15 plus years, never have they called me back in a timely manner. By timely I mean days!
