Ease of Use
Blitz is helping to organize our commissions and build out future expected payments so we have a forecast of what is due
Pros
The app is easy to enter and find information - overall ease of use.
Cons
The feature I like least is the view when making payments. It is not as easy to see individual payments of a certain payee

Blitz
We liked using Blitz for a while but once there is too much information in Blitz it is difficult to become organized while using Blitz.
Pros
Blitz gives you the ability to add tags and create multiple lists in order for sales reps to have their own lists based on territories. Blitz has an option to send emails in order to track if the emails being sent are effective based on open rate and click rate, too.
Cons
Blitz can be hard to manage and keep track of when you have multiple sales reps using the software. The tags that are used can be multiplied quickly and with duplicates, so it can be tough to audit the list and effectiveness of a campaign.

Needs Automaion
I was hoping the new version would solve the problems it just made more. Now it doesn't even read additional invoices or anything with a - DOn't see us renewing next year at this rate, sad to say i had high hopes for blitz
Pros
It is user friendly and when it works it works great, the ability to export really helps as well
Cons
It is not automated, customer dates don't always sync, doesn't sync with QB, doesn't do RMA's, and no you have to put orders in review and save before being able to approve. Adds WAY too much time to an already tedious process...
