About Newfies-Dialer
Newfies-Dialer is a cloud-based voice broadcasting, autodialer and phone survey solution that helps users manage concurrent calls from a centralized location.
Newfies-Dialer features live lead transfer which enables users to pull up contact lists by importing the data directly from users' customer relationship management (CRM) solutions. The Do Not Call (DNC) functionality of the software automatically checks contacts to ensure that blacklisted contacts are not called by the agents. Once a list is created, the solution automatically schedules agents for calls. This functionality ensures that contacts are not reached outside the time they have requested.
A key feature of the software is its phone survey module, which allows users to manage key press surveys and RSVPs from a single solution. Users can also design multi-level IVR menus using survey nodes to capture customer data.
Newfies-Dialer is available on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via email and phone.

Best Dialer for the Money!
We have been using this dialer for well over a year, I have lots of 100's of hours researching and testing other dialers, Newfiers is by far the best dialer for the money, hands down! We have already turned other small marketing partners onto this dialer and recommend to anyone looking to control their cash flow with phone calls.

Coolest Application
Newfies Dialer is a good application that meet the simple need for voicebroadcast/sms. The clients appreciate the simplicity and easy use; the features meet objectives needed.
