Great system for small firms
Pros
Very easy to set up and use. We were able to seamlessly track all of our tax returns throughout the year and see very quickly what the status was for each.
Cons
Nothing - it worked great for our small firm.

Perfect!
TaxFlow has made it much easier for anyone in the office to see exactly where a return is and what, if anything, we are waiting on.
Pros
I love that this is just a step above a normal spreadsheet and easier to collaborate on. I did not need one hundred features, I needed to track our workflow. I needed to see who had open returns and where we were in the process. Extra features are nice but I already have a CRM and a portal so I did not need to combine all those things. Tax Flow fills that need perfectly!
Cons
I look forward to reporting features coming.

TaxFlow is Easy to set up & Use
Very good communication & support when I started out.
Pros
So much simpler than other task management software. I find others are just too convoluted and really overkill.
Cons
Sending a reminder to me or when i login would be super helpful

Great software
Positive experience. Would recommend to smaller companies or companies that need a starting software.
Pros
Easy to set up and use. The company is very responsive to questions and suggestions.
Cons
We didn't find any cons, our company just grew to need something more inclusive for bookkeeping, payroll, and taxes.

Positive, User-friendly use to TaxFlow for Deadline Management
TaxFlow worked with us to find solutions and helped implement information needed. The customization process was efficient. Amazing staff to work with. A pleasure to work with TaxFlow.

Product easy to use. Very clear interface. I-cloud based which makes it perfect for us in multiple offices and multiple time zones.
