Wonderful support, easy to use, lots of potential
Pros
Support was amazing for troubleshooting a plugin clash (with another form plugin). They were quick, polite and helped me identify and resolve the issue. The back end is easy to use, and importing from Mailchimp was a breeze. Setting up a simple downloadable ebook automation only took a few minutes. The email designer is straightforward and a good user experience. Everything looks well documented and I've been able to easily find the info that I need without contacting support.
Cons
It would be nice to be able to use this as a complete form solution and get notified of new subscribers. No ability to add tags to email lists on the fly, this must be done separately. These cons are minor compared to the overall value and features of Zagomail.

Full featured and very powerful, not to mention affordable!
Pros
It's very powerful. It does as much as Mailchimp and Mailerlite, for the most part. Aside from missing the ability to give a file through a link (which is something I'd like), I'm thrilled with all it does.
Individual lists. I found Mailchimp seemed to be limited in its ability to split everything up into lists (Mailerlite, I believe does it just fine), but Zagomail does this naturally. This works great for me since I'm an author with two different types of books (children's books and YA/Adult books). The lists were huge for me.
The HTML editor. It's definitely a little trickier to work with than Mailchimp, but about the same as Mailerlite, but it's really great! I love it and the more I use it and get familiar with it, the easier it is!
Forms and Automations. This is just amazing. I'm thrilled with the way it flows and more.
Sending of the emails. I probably would have put this in the "cons" category when I first sent my email out (actually briefly considered cancelling my purchase over this one), but it's turned out, I think, to be a great process! So, they approve your first email because they don't want to be supporting spam (that I get), and this took a few days, which annoyed me, but then when it went out, I was frustrated because no one seemed to be opening my emails or receiving them. It looks like when they send it out they send it out in packets or groups of emails (20-50 at a time... I'm guessing). This made for a slow launch for that first email, but resulted in a higher open rate than anything I'd sent through mailerlite and mailchimp! Pretty cool!
Help desk. Their help desk is typically really easy to get a hold of, and that's been great!
Cons
Setup. I do find a lot of the initial setup to be a bit confusing and more complicated than I would like, but I've found the customer support to be quick and helpful. For instance, validating my site and email was quite tricky (my site's through Bluehost). I also found the landing pages to be a bit tricky to get them working, but then I combined them with the embedded forms option and I like the process a LOT! But, I would say that it's somewhat complicated to get everything set up.

Average product, no support, buggy and confusing
Pretty average platform all round, no support.
Pros
Not much really, I suppose the email builder is reasonably comprehensive, but it is also buggy so meh.
Cons
Support is very bad, basically non existent, the UI is quite difficult to navigate as it is designed in a strange way.

Probably the last email marketing tool I'll ever need!
With ZagoMail I can have all the essential email marketing functions that any modern online business needs.I found their user interface easy to understand, and I had my first automation set up with 6 emails in less than an hour without having to watch any tutorials!I like that automations can be triggered by so many different events. One thing that I've been missing with my previous email marketing provider was the ability to trigger an automation at a certain date, and now, thanks to ZagoMail I can!I like the clean look that their emails provide. The unsubscribe (footer section) is really simple and clean making the email look less like a company correspondence. And from what I can tell so far, their deliverability is solid. Once I connected and verified my domain every email sent has arrived in the main inbox of people.
Pros
You can tag subscribers. Automations has plenty of events that can trigger it's start. And you can trigger an automation at a certain date. I like the clean look of their emails, with the footer section (unsubscribe) being very minimalistic.
Cons
Don't have a lot to say about the downsides of using ZagoMail. I think this is a worthy alternative to the rest of them out there. And I hope they stay competitive and keep innovating their product. The one thing that I was having trouble with was finding and using their custom fields -- but it's there!

Pros
Let me say that in no way am I tech savvy or an artist. Zagomail made it easy for me to set up my newsletter and you can't beat the price!
Cons
I just wish it was easier to edit newsletter forms with photos.
