About Epos Now

Epos Now POS system is an effective business management, sales, and payment system for single-site, multi-site, and online businesses. The system offers an extensive range of management and sales tools, with the option to expand and adapt using specialist features on the Epos Now AppStore, including with in-house apps and partnerships with leading business software providers such as Sage, Xero, Loyalzoo, Wix, and many more. Epos Now brings users flexible software for product and inventory management (including purchase orders), customer and employee management (including payroll), and detailed real-time data reports using cloud-based data collection. This data is downloadable in multiple formats. These reports and other parts of the Epos Now management software can help with payroll, accounting, inventory, and the delicate side of business, such as finding the right prices for products or choosing what to discontinue. Epos Now systems cloud-based system ensures business data is stored securely, off-site, protecting your data from any hardware damage that may occur during trade. The software is compatible with Windows, Mac, Android, iPad, and most web browsers, which means you can switch devices and access data anytime and anywhere. Epos Now is popular with retailers and hospitality businesses in many industries, including grocers, clothes stores, convenience, specialist retail, restaurants, fast food, hotels and many, many more. Epos Now provide integrations with many familiar names, including Xero, Mailchimp, Loyalzoo, Wix and Workforce.com. Epos Now also offer API links to independent websites allowing businesses to edit their system for bespoke POS setups, and in-house apps ranging from loyalty, booking, ecommerce, online ordering, and delivery. The sales software itself is highly flexible, with modifiable hotkey setup, colour coding, and ordering. Sales staff can access detailed product and customer information during the sales process and use straightforward tabs, table plans, and payment options for a simple, easy-to-learn sales experience. Epos Now has a range of learning tools for new users, from video tutorials to online guides, but all new users are also assigned a guide to help get them set up. They will also migrate business data, including products and stock information, to the new system as part of the guided implementation process. Epos Now can be purchased directly from the company or through a number of third-party vendors. Epos Now provides new customers with a one-month implementation manager that helps train users on the system and can guide users in migrating all customer data, products, and stock data to the new system as part of the guided process.

very good i cannot fault epos now overall they are very professional with me over the phone

What a waste of time and money

Hide behind emails and salesforce loops.

Pros

The logo. Everything else sucked.
This is a very misleading question used by companies that can't look themselves in the mirror and accept that they are not that good. This question should be left to the insecure.

Cons

The system never worked, the sales rep never showed up to help (although we had a meeting set) and for the past 14 months i have been paying for a service of which I NEVER used. When we finally had a chance to implement the system....the reader would not turn on! Just one failure after another and NOW I have to PAY them to break my contract!!!!!
Are you kidding me???
When I tried to call during a very busy time to get this fixed (we are seasonal), I got stuck in the "sales force" continuous loop of BS, only to get frustrated and have a survey sent to me moments later that has NO WAY of contacting a real human...and only really lets you give them kudos.
What are we actually teaching the next generation? That mediocre is ok as long as you hit the metric on your current survey goals??

Do not purchase this do not go into contract with them. They do not hold up there of the...

I purchased now because I had used it at a prior business back when they first started out Company was great around this is been a nightmare. They do not return your calls. They do not take ownership of any mistakes. They’re billing doesn’t make sense as they say If they claim you, then they have no explanation of charges for why you would owe something Most horrible, horrible, horrible experience

Happy Epos

All been good so far, a few issues through out the years, but the ticket system works really well.

Pros

Easy to use.
Till software and card machine in one.

Cons

Sometimes updates create problems and i have to reset the machines which takes time.
