What a waste of time and money

Hide behind emails and salesforce loops.
Pros
The logo. Everything else sucked.
This is a very misleading question used by companies that can't look themselves in the mirror and accept that they are not that good. This question should be left to the insecure.
Cons
The system never worked, the sales rep never showed up to help (although we had a meeting set) and for the past 14 months i have been paying for a service of which I NEVER used. When we finally had a chance to implement the system....the reader would not turn on! Just one failure after another and NOW I have to PAY them to break my contract!!!!!
Are you kidding me???
When I tried to call during a very busy time to get this fixed (we are seasonal), I got stuck in the "sales force" continuous loop of BS, only to get frustrated and have a survey sent to me moments later that has NO WAY of contacting a real human...and only really lets you give them kudos.
What are we actually teaching the next generation? That mediocre is ok as long as you hit the metric on your current survey goals??

Do not purchase this do not go into contract with them. They do not hold up there of the...
I purchased now because I had used it at a prior business back when they first started out Company was great around this is been a nightmare. They do not return your calls. They do not take ownership of any mistakes. They’re billing doesn’t make sense as they say If they claim you, then they have no explanation of charges for why you would owe something Most horrible, horrible, horrible experience

Happy Epos
All been good so far, a few issues through out the years, but the ticket system works really well.
Pros
Easy to use.
Till software and card machine in one.
Cons
Sometimes updates create problems and i have to reset the machines which takes time.
