Test
Pros
- better test coverage and helps identify defects early in the development process.- T-Plan helps to identify potential risks and threats to the software application.- communication tool between the development and testing teams.
Cons
- can be time-consuming and requires a significant amount of effort from the testing team.- limited scope and may not cover all possible scenarios- may not be comprehensive enough to cover all aspects of the software application, leading to some areas being left untested

Cross platform mobile testing for Flutter
Some good usefull online sessions with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] in the inital stages, our automation tester has mentioned less success with support requests subsequently. Most of which i think she has worked out herself and successfully writing scripts which are not device or platform specific, run quickly and efficiently with minimal Google Vision API calls when using TOCR.
Pros
Image / Text OCR based automation tested allowed out testers to write automation scripts on our cross platform mobile application with a shallow learning curve.
The Robot application runs on Mac, Windows and Linux.
Cons
Quite fussy about the Java version installed, if its not supported it runs but some things don't work.
Unable to connect to simulated/emulated mobile devices so you have to buy physical devices.
Response from T-Plan

Good UI Test environment
Everyone has been very helpful along the process from trial to purchase.
Pros
I like the scripting capability along with the OCR and search features for finding attributes on the UI. The automation capability is also good in order to use from Jenkins builds servers.
Cons
The cost was the biggest hurdle to overcome when purchasing the product..

Very valuable with few flaws
Pros
- Helps us test software before and during deployment
- It was quite simple to write automation scripts on the platform
- Strong proactive support team
Cons
Depending on your (at least for us) existing infrastructure, some flaws can occur - in our case with the Java version installed. Nothing huge and also not necessarly T-Plan's issue, just to keep in mind when making the decision.
Response from T-Plan
Many thanks for your kind review... Please let us know any way we can further help as always.

TPlan a life saver
TPlan allowed us to test the deployed software efficiently and effectively. The support was top notch and would recommend reaching out quickly vs slogging to find the solution. Sales was awesome and worked to come up with a solution that can be supported by all people. Our app is a COVID app which needed a bunch of complicated scenarios. TPlan was able to support those user stories and scenarios without issue.
Pros
The software is able to test mobile software "in-situ" ... it also tests the software as deployed.
Cons
Getting things to work on iOS is challenging but once running is successful ... and not a TPlan problem per say.
Response from T-Plan
Thanks for the review... greatly appreciated and thanks for the support.
