Excellent Program, Time Saver
Positive start, few challenges when the dashboard items changed, but quick resolution.
Pros
Everything in one place, great historical record keeping, plenty of customer support.
Cons
Just took a minute to get used to the new reporting system. Now I am happy with it,

Link2Feed Making Food Hamper Day super easy
Since using L2F monitoring the Food Hampers that our service provides is so much much more streamlined. Excited for any changes/updates to come.
Pros
The product is quite easy to use, and easy to teach new staff and volunteers. Inputting all necessary information for a single visit and adding a New Client takes very minimal time, which is amazing!
Cons
What I don't like about the software is it is difficult to find an accurate printout of an intake, in the event that there is no internet, staff that complete the intakes are not getting all the information they would need when creating a New Client. The intake that is available does not have all the relevant demographic information.

Two good tweaks would make Link2Feed OUTSTANDING
We had our biggest challenge converting all our old records to this new system. That challenge prevented the other 5 pantries in our group from changing to Link2Feed. Otherwise, once we had it up and running the only challenge is the time it takes for a quest to give us their information so we can create a new record for them. That's not an issue with Link2Feed but it is an issue with how you run a food pantry.
Pros
Ease of use and ease of training a new user.
Cons
The software currently defaults to the entry point for a household instead of defaulting back to the dashboard where it keeps a tally of who has come into the pantry during an opening. It also can't tell us when a family has abused its privilege of 4 visits per month (1 time a week).

Great!
Pros
Ease of use, ability to place deliveries, and great customer support.
Cons
Not so easy checking if deliveries were done correctly and notifications should be sent to me if they were not.
