The ecoPortal staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and service requests are dealt with promptly. > > **Cons**: Producing reports without the reporting module - When exporting incidents, there can be quite a bit of formatting to do before it's "report ready", and there's a bit of cut and paste from the dashboard. Building a dashboard can be a bit hit and miss as well if you don't have the right graph to show the data.
