This defeats the hands off automated approach you are paying for. They also have inaccurate dates for events in your town, this will jack up prices without justification or will not reflect the high-demand prices which will cause you to lose money either way. On top of this, they have horrible customer service. This is like the old days of cable tv horrible customer service.
