User Friendly and Tons of Features
Love this software, would recommend to anyways that needs to transition from telephony.
Pros
AxisCare is extremely user friendly, most of caregivers have no problems transitioning from paper timesheets to EVV and telephony.
Cons
Certain items on the software has a long loading time.

Axiscare software review
My experience has been great in terms of needs, features, functionality and safety.
Pros
It is easy to set up and use, safe and secure and updates their technology constantly to meet the ever changing and evolving needs of its customers.
Cons
Nothing for now. I have used this software for over 8 years, and it keeps getting better

AxisCare so worth purchase
Overall it's really worth having. It keeps track of just about everything. It also.makes communication with employees tons easier. Having everything in one place was amazing.
Pros
Its so easy to use. Because you can customize it to your clients and employees. If an emergency happens for an employee it can easily help put anotjer available enployee in that persons spot. You dont have to search all over to figure out who is open. It also helps keeping track of who best matches each client. Which is important because if a client doesn't enjoy an employee you can be sure they are not put together.
Cons
The pricing it can be a little pricey for smaller organizations.

THOSE IN NY - Long Island beware
Overall, I would say, poor… Due to the fact that they knew the service would not work in my area. After nine months of calling in to customer service and having the same issues, AxisCare should’ve done the right thing by telling me this would not work in my geographical area and we will refund you all the money. We build out each and every month that I had a service I couldn’t fully use
Pros
If the functionality was on board I believe Axis Case would have been a great fit for my Agency. The key ingredients to make this a successor journey were missing
Cons
That I was mislead - the took my $$ with no resolution to the problem… that although everyone I spoke with was friendly and trying to be helpful- everyone prefaced “I am sorry I am new here or I am sorry this isn’t something I am familiar with” No two customer service reps had the same idea for a resolution. Basically because I have learned there was none due to Axis care having full knowledge that this service would NOT work in my geographical area.

Easiest Software to use
When I first came on board with my company I was a caregiver so I was a user of the AxisCare App. Now I'm on the other side as an administrator so I've seen both sides of the program.
Pros
It is very user friendly. I had to be showed initially how to navigate through the program but once you use it a few times it is extremely easy.
Cons
I haven't had any negative issues using AxisCare so there isn't anything that I like the least about it.
