A Necessary Tool for Small Businesses
I'm a satisfied customer and am pleased with the service.
Pros
The customer service is excellent. If you reach out with a question, they often answer within hours, and with pointed details. Plus, the services are at great values for small-business owners.
Cons
The only complaint I would have is with the text-verification feature. There should be more information on the necessary steps and information for application approval early on; but, as I've proceeded, the 800.com team has been quite helpful.

The phone app is great and easy.
Cons
We have to use EZTexting for most of our texts because we can only use so few characters with 800 text. It didn't used to be that way. When I called to inquire I was told someone was working to fix it Can you let me know if there is a work around? [sensitive content hidden]. Considering cancelling 800 text and just using EZtexting

Ease and Speed was great for our company needs!
It was easy, efficient and there have been no issues since our number was activated
Pros
It's very easy to set up, the service was activated quickly, which helped my company be able to meet the needs of a toll-free patient advocates line. Due to the ease and speed of this set up, we are looking into adding more lines.
Cons
At this point, we have not experienced any issues.
